Social Impact

As a social enterprise, every time you sign up for a membership or book a meeting room with us, the income generated is being funnelled back into developing the next generation of Creative Entrepreneurs.

Redbrick House is the home and base of our PAPER Arts Programmes, developing the enterprise and employability skills of 16-25 year-old creatives. We aim to empower young people to do what they love for a living, and as a Redbrick Member not only do you support financially but you provide a fantastic source of inspiration.

Since 2014 we have worked with hundreds of young people and using that experience we have developed a range of programmes that specifically address the barriers young people face when access the creative sector. As such all our programme are based on building skills in 4 keys areas: Confidence, Resilience, Networks and Enterprise Skills

Our programmes are designed to suit different individuals at different stages in their journey, from YOP: Youth Opportunities Programme, real-world work experience to develop employability skills to week-long intensive Enterprise Courses for those ready to launch a business, from drop-in advice sessions on a range of keys business skills CAB: Creative Advice Bureau to The Mentoring club, 10-month mentoring programmes help young creatives explore their ideas and develop a business.
